New Home Progress Inspections
Building a new home is a major investment, and every stage of construction matters. Our New Home Progress Inspections give you an independent, expert set of eyes at each key milestone, so any issues are identified early, before they’re covered up or become costly to fix. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can book a single inspection or all seven stages, depending on what suits your build.

Dilapidation Reports
A Dilapidation Report provides a detailed photographic record of your property’s existing condition, including any pre-existing cracking to building elements. This record becomes essential evidence should your property sustain damage as a result of nearby construction activity. Dilapidation Reports are often required by council as a condition of DA development approval, and they’re also a smart way for homeowners to protect their biggest investment.

NCAT Reports
The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) is chiefly responsible for resolving building disputes valued up to $500,000.
If you’re involved in a building dispute heading to NCAT, having the right documentation and expert support can make all the difference to the outcome.

Pool & Spa Inspections
A pool or spa is a wonderful addition to any home, but it also comes with important safety responsibilities. Strict regulations exist to help prevent accidents. If you’re selling a property with a pool or spa, a valid compliance certificate or a certificate of non-compliance is required to complete the sale in NSW. If you’re buying a property with a pool or spa, a valid compliance certificate is a legal requirement.
Our certified inspectors carry out thorough pool barrier inspections, helping you meet your obligations. Where a pool barrier is found to be compliant, we issue a certificate under the Swimming Pool Act 1992 (Certificate 22D).
